If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. Other things to note
No Pets Allowed. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed inside of the rental at all! Check in time is 4:00pm EST and after. Check out is by 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for early arrivals and/or late check outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
