Payment & Booking
A deposit is usually required to confirm the reservation.
Final payment is due a certain number of days before check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is around mid-afternoon (12pm) and checkout is morning (10 am).
Early check-in/late checkout may incur fees or require prior approval.

Occupancy & Age Rules
Maximum number of occupants is set and must not be exceeded.
The lead renter must be at least 25 years old.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in

Cancel within this period and receive a 100% refund of all payments made

🔄 Flexible Refund Options

Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in are eligible for:

Partial refund, or

Full credit toward a future stay (valid for 12 months)

⏰ Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are generally non-refundable due to reserved dates

However, if we are able to rebook the unit, we will issue a refund minus any applicable fees

🌪 Travel Disruptions & Emergencies

In the event of:

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Government travel restrictions

We will work with guests on a fair resolution, including rescheduling or issuing stay credits, where applicable.

Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
